My experience : Jolessa Anxiety Attacks
This is my first birth control ever so I'm not very knowledgeable about them in general. I've been taking Jolessa ((levonorgestrel/ ethinly estradiol) 0.15mg/0.03mg) for a about 5 months now for painful periods and minimizing my periods. I think it works really well for my period, I've reached a point where I have minimal spotting when i do have them and my cramps are very minimal.
I just came back down from an anxiety attack today and realized that I've had about 4 to 5 attacks since starting Jolessa, which I probably had 1 in my whole entire life before taking Jolessa.
I was going through some life changes but I'm always going through life changes. When going through extremely anxiety inducing events before, I did not feel like I was going to die like these last few panic attacks cause by smaller events. Does anyone have similar experiences with Jolessa? Should I call my doctor to change it? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
