My experience : running post-IUD insertion

I got my first IUD (kyleena) 2 months ago and the spotting has been nonstop since I got it, but I’ve noticed it gets worse on days when I go for runs and I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience? I’ll also get pretty nasty cramps a few hours later, too. I’m trying to get back into half marathons, so I’d love to keep running consistently if I can.

Also, any tips on how to get that general spotting to stop? I’m getting fed up and considering getting it removed (esp since the strings were apparently cut too short, so I can’t even check if it’s in the right place)
