My experience : still feeling birth control side effects >1 month after taking plan b?

hello! i took a plan b on july 2 after a condom broke. i am on the pill, but was on vacation the previous week and didn’t take it for about 4 days, so i took the pill to be extra safe.

i got a heady period within a few days of taking the plan b, and now >1 month later i’m experiencing some spotting here and there and having some bad cramps (i usually don’t cramp too bad for too long on my regular period). i have some excess discharge as well that is a little bloody, thin, and somewhat opaque? but no strong odor or other symptoms.

i’m wondering if it’s normal to have these effects or if i should see my doctor. i know i’ll be out of whack for a few cycles, does this sound normal? thanks in advance for any insight!
