My experience : I’ve had my Nexplanon for three-four months.

I’ve had my Nexplanon for like three four months after having my first baby. I had it before for like three years prior! But, my thing is I’ve been on my period of almost two weeks straight. Is there anyway to fix this FAST without having to get it taken out? I stop bleeding for like maybe a couple hours then I start bleeding again. I don’t know what to do.
