My experience : Plan B on third week of cycle

Recently single earlier this year, started dating casually again recently and having some 'fun'. Sadly after 8 years with my ex, I have gotten a bit carried away.

Last month, the condom ripped and I had to take plan B for the first time in years. It worked, but messed up my cycle this month (cycle was 21 days instead of 26) so its been hard to track my ovulation this month, although I'm sure it was last week as I get ovulation cramps due to endo on my ovary.

Last night, I slept with a guy and stupidly whilst drunk, decided to have a few seconds of no protection. It was very stupid. I am 29 years old and should known better and regretted it in morning. Thankfully, drunk me ordered the plan B to collect this morning so only a few hours after it happened, and a STI kit to get tested. I am a week away from my period, so what can I expect if it's not delaying ovulation if it already happened? I also used the ovulation testing kits to track surge in LH, and both came back negative. I also have a blocked tube, and one lazy ovary, so my likehood of natural conception are 16-24% if i was actively trying (which I am not)

Side note: I am not able to go on birth control methods atm due to fertility testing from the endo, but this is something I am discussing with my doctor next month at the hospital after I get my results. The above was just a very stupid decision I took in the moment and usually, I am very good with safe sex.
