My experience : Can I take two sheets of microgynon 30 in a row?

Ok this may sound like a stupid question but I just want to be sure cause I do not want to die or get sick especially over Christmas lol. I know there’s several methods of taking microgynon, including taking all 3 sheets in a row with a break after. Up until now I’ve been going with the method of taking one sheet at a time and then having a week break, but currently if I do that it means I’ll be on my “period” for Christmas, but if I take the two sheets left in the box in a row then I won’t be on for Christmas or our holiday after. I can’t think of any reason logically why I wouldn’t be able to do this but could someone just confirm? I’m a hypochondriac and always paranoid and I just need to be assured it won’t mess with my body in any major way lol.
