My experience : Can’t lose weight !!!!
Ever since I got off the generic ring months ago I haven’t been able to lose weight if anything I’ve gained even more weight so fast even while I was on the ring I gained a little weight but now it’s so hard to get rid of it , I feel so ashamed of myself for letting myself get so big I used to be so fit and now I feel so unhealthy 💀and the crazy thing is I barely eat because of work I work doubles and sometimes I forget that eating is a thing and I’m starting to think it might also be because of stress like a stress belly ? Any tips ? 😭
