My experience : Pregnant?

So I have the copper IUD. At the time I was talking to a dude and he came back from a work trip about 2 weeks ago and of course we had sex since we didn't see each other for 2 weeks. It was my ovulation time but didn't think much of it since I have birth control. The past week or so Ive felt nauseous, and having very light spotting which Ive never had before, maybe a spot or two the day before my period. As of right now Im having very strong pain to the touch when i touch near my ovaries, back pain, and running a fever. Don't know if I could be pregnant, Im going to go get a test sometime this week if my period doesn't come. I have an appointment this coming up week with my gyno just to be sure it didn't get moved since I have physically felt it move before. Any thoughts?
